We provide a 5-year structural warranty and 2-year surface finish warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use —free one-to-one replacement with no depreciation. The claim process is simple: send photos and videos of the defect for our review, and once confirmed as a product defect, we produce and ship a replacement at no charge. No need to return the defective item.
